We conduct a comprehensive market analysis before investing in any market to help minimize our market risk. We further conduct comprehensive due diligence on each property and tenant to insure we are buying a solid asset. Finally, we work with experienced lenders to acquire a given property.
The management team, with the help of our property manager, attorney, insurance, and legal experts, creates an operating plan for each property. This gives our investors the confidence that we are actively caring for their investment from day one.
The management team meets and reviews the performance of every property under management each month. Communication and property financials are sent to all investors monthly. Interest and dividends are paid to our investors on a regular basis.
Periodically we evaluate the value of all of our commercial assets. Based on market conditions, investment opportunities, and feedback from our investors and advisors we continue to own a property or to sell it. If we decide to refinance a property or sell it, the profit is either reinvested or distributed.
